BE A LEADER

I'm me: original, innovative, genuine. I pride myself on getting the job done with the resources I have available to me. If that requires thinking outside the box, or inside the box for that matter, I will find a workable solution that is effective and stream-lined. I'm a team player that works well with others and can lead the team by managing it or by example.  

 

At Sterigenics, L.L.C., I have worked my way from an entry level position to my current role: Receiving Clerk, Assistant Operator, Certified Operator, Shipping/Receiving Lead, Shift Lead, Training Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Process Supervisor, and Operations Manager. Along the way I've also taken on the added responsibilities of Safety Officer and Corporate Internal Lead Safety Auditor. I've participated in numerous teams and projects and have even travelled to other locations to assist in improving their operation to make it more efficient and effective.

 

I work hard to stay up-to-date on the social, political, and economic environment and believe in continuous self-education outside of work. I try to be someone others can look to for encouragement, advice, or just an ear to listen. I utilize all these qualities as a manager with hopes of my employees leaving me as better workers and people than they were when I initially met them.
